Our Network & Datacenter Operations team has an opening for another awesome individual to join the team.

and cloud connectivity, and are responsible for DC networking and corporate office network needs. There’s nothing boring about it. We have thought-provoking challenges to solve and interesting projects to work on.

This position can be fully remote in the US, a hybrid of working from your home office and our headquarters in Waltham, MA, or a hybrid from home and our new office in Boston, MA. Whatever it takes for you to be the most successful.
What you’ll do:
- Design and deploy new infrastructure
- Recommend upgrades, solve complex issues on existing infrastructure
- Participate in life cycle projects of network gear
- Automate day-to-day tasks of network provisioning
- Participate in delivering complex projects and also communicate well with other operations teams
- Train and mentor junior engineers
- Work on DDOS mitigations and other security initiatives
- Work on PCI, compliance tasks
- Be a part of a 24x7 network engineering team and take part in on-call rotations
- Work on day-to-day tasks of deploying or maintaining Data Center or Corporate Office network infrastructure
- Work with other operations teams to troubleshoot and fix complex issues
- Generate and update documentation
Who you are:
- 8+ years of experience in network engineering in large-scale enterprise and data center environments
- Automation experience with tools like Ansible to provision and configure network infrastructure
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Networking, or equivalent years of experience
- Extensive experience with configuration of security appliances, switches, routers, etc. (Palo Alto, F5, and Juniper products)
- Understanding of load balancing technologies, DNS, SAAS Infrastructure
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP. Understanding of cloud and on-premises network connectivity
- Experience with Wireless Technologies for corporate offices
- Solid working experience with routing and switching technologies: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, ISIS, MPLS (L2 & L3 VPN), RSVP, LDP, Switching technologies (VLAN/trunking, STP, RSTP, VSTP)
- Vendor Certification in routing and switching, firewalls, wireless is a plus. (JNCIP, JNCIE, CCNP, CCIE, etc.)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Linux skills to deploy monitoring tools. Perl or python experience is a plus
