The Opportunity

SharpSpring is quickly gaining international traction, and this means expanding our sales internationally. You will work out of our Gainesville, FL office to identify and meet with prospective country partners, help them demonstrate our product, and enable them to close more sales.  Target clients are small to mid-size companies across multiple territories and languages in Europe, South America, and Central America.

You’ll actually use SharpSpring to sell SharpSpring.  You’ll see every lead that comes in, whether by phone or form, and compare all data side by side to get a full picture of end-to-end ROI. SharpSpring is usually less than 1/3 the cost of other competitors, yet powerful enough to be trusted by hundreds of agencies and thousands of businesses around the world.

What you'll do:

  • Multi-lingual (Spanish and Portuguese a plus)
  • Consistently close new business at or above targets
  • Become an expert in marketing automation
  • Be enthusiastic about SharpSpring’s solution
  • Diligently follow up on leads and opportunities with small and mid-sized companies
  • Build good relationships and work collaboratively with prospects, account managers, marketers, and developers to execute SharpSpring’s sales strategy
  • Meet or exceed performance targets regarding prospect demos, closed sales, and sales pipeline conversions

 

Who you are:

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in web technologies or online services
  • At least 2 years experience within a sales team and a track record of exceeding your goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent closing skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Assertiveness and a sense of initiative to achieve your goals
  • Enthusiasm, energy, passion, and humor
  • Experience in a start-up environment, if possible
  • A strong work ethic
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with sales training as a plus
