As an Inside Sales Manager at Constant Contact you will be responsible for leading, coaching and motivating a team of 8 – 10 sales reps who are responsible for selling Constant Contact’s award winning marketing tools to small businesses and nonprofits across the country. What you’ll do:

  • Manage a team of 8-10 Inside Sales Reps
  • Inspect, review, and analyze key metrics that drive your business and provide insight and guidance to senior leadership
  • Provide innovative ways to help increase and improve individual and team performance
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development for your team
  • Be accountable and hold your team accountable to hitting daily, weekly and monthly targets

  • 3+ years of inside sales experience, preferably high volume inside sales
  • 1-3 years of Sales management experience, preferably high volume inside sales
  • Experience with Salesforce.com a plus
  • Comfortable seeking feedback from all levels in the organization
  • Experience selling services or technology to small businesses highly preferred
  • Good analytical skills
  • Strong ability to manage change
