Our onboarding team represents the first interaction a client has with our company and product and is thus critical to each client's long term success and happiness. We are looking for a technical project manager with excellent communication and organizational skills to join our growing team in sunny Santa Monica.
The initial integration with our platform sets the stage for how the product and the client will perform in the future. The Onboarding Expert must be relentlessly detail-oriented and obsessive about quality and precision while ensuring that all parties are moving quickly to meet their timelines. You will work directly with client developers and marketers to understand their data and use cases, direct them in setting up data feeds and website / mobile tracking, and testing everything thoroughly before the client can "go live". As a true artificial intelligence platform, we need more data than others, so you will need to be an expert in working with large data sets and sometimes complex integrations. You are passionate about world-class customer service, learning new technology, and solving problems for yourself as well as others.
We are open to remote employees; however at this time, this position cannot be performed in Colorado.
-Work closely with Account Executives and Client Success Managers on a successful post-sales handoff
-Manage data integration and on-boarding for clients, from project management and timelines, to directing technical implementation, validations, fixes, and testing

-3+ years of tech industry related experience, preferably with a SaaS company
-Excellent project management skills–you are a PRO
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Excellent problem-solving capabilities
-Ability to quickly explore, examine and understand complex problems and how they relate to a customer’s business
-Experience with APIs and databases
-Strong experience with SQL and all-around tech skills
-Background in software development and solid understanding of software engineering principles is not required, but is a big plus
