Constant Contact is looking for creative content strategists to assist our customers with marketing strategy and execution. This role is in our Professional Services organization where consultants are responsible for managing and delivering value-added services to Constant Contact customers. Working remotely, you will be instrumental in helping customers achieve unique and specific email marketing goals, understand the breadth of services we offer, and coach them on which free or fee-based services are appropriate. We are looking for an individual who has excellent customer communication and coaching skills as well as a willingness to come up with creative solutions to customer requirements.
What you’ll do: Create and execute marketing plans that will help a portfolio of customers achieve their marketing goals Manage services projects from start to finish including communications with customers, vendors, and team(s) involved Plan and guide the creation of social campaigns, working closely with our internal designers Provide advertising budget recommendations for Google Ads and social media. Write and curate content for emails, social campaigns, lead generation forms, and blogs Track campaign metrics and shift strategy as needed to maximize effectiveness
Who you are: Bachelor’s Degree and/or two years of marketing experience required Excellent writing and communication skills Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager Solid understanding of SEO Basic understanding of Google Analytics
Proficient in Google Ad Words Persistent, patient, and adaptive personality; an active listener with the ability to shift priorities based on customer needs Highly organized and keen attention to detail Experience with B2B lead generation a plus
