Outstanding opportunity for a detail-oriented, team player with strong people skills! This is a critical role to the success of our Sales Team. Needs to be comfortable with negotiations, be highly assertive with decisions. Should also be flexible, positive and have a great sense of humor! This role is based in our Burlington office at BuyDomains and reports to the Sales Manager.
● Provide support to Sales Team and their initiatives ● Review deals submitted by the Sales Team; analyze and approve or reject based on criteria ● Post stats from the prior day / week / month to appropriate venues ● Follow-up on leads and opportunities ● Mediate internal Sales Team cross-ups ● Process invoices for various 3rd party resellers ● Schedule and coordinate meetings ● Verify purchase links, follow-up with calls to action ● Review sales Ques and ensure all opportunities are being worked accurately and timely ● Monitor and follow-up with Sales Teams lead conversions ● Track data and run reports ● Other duties as assigned
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or similar discipline or equivalent experience ● Exposure to Sales ; interested in pursuing a career in Sales ● Critical thinking skills ● Strong verbal and written communication skills ● Excellent computer skills (Gmail, Google Apps, Excel, etc.) ● Strong customer service skills ● Ability to handle varied personalities and keep calm under pressure ● Ability to work off hours as needed - deals come in 24/7 and require email responses evening and weekends ● Domain experience preferred ● Knowledge of CRM (SalesForce etc) preferred ● Requisite attributes includes firm with decisions, strong interpersonal skills, organization skills and problem solving
