WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Full ownership of the technical recruiting process
Collaborate with hiring managers to outline roles and reqs and creatively identify the most effective hiring strategies
Attract candidates via sourcing and job description placement
Identify candidates and assess qualifications through screening and interviews
Connect qualified candidates with hiring manager and organize interview and post-process
Extends and negotiates offers including background and reference checks
Maintain contact with candidates to keep them apprised of their status
Keeps talent database updated
Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical industry
5+ years experience with fast-paced, high-volume, full-cycle hiring for technology positions (ideally within a startup environment)
Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates using a diverse toolkit
Firm understanding of technical terminology, tools and platforms in order to speak knowledgeably to candidates
Proven implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making
Experience with a variety of ATS platforms
Experience working with a diverse team and striving for fairness in hiring all races, genders and ages
You bring an entrepreneurial mentality: as a one-person recruiting powerhouse, you are self-driven, results-oriented, and communicative
Must be located in CA with ability to work remotely in 2021
