As a Hardware Logistics Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient management of our hardware logistics operations. You will be responsible for managing the quote to order process, assisting the sales and support teams, and coordinating fulfillment and shipping for all customers. Your attention to detail and communication skills will be essential in ensuring success.
Responsibilities:
Manage Quote to Order Process:
- Oversee the end-to-end quote to order process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Work closely with the sales team to gather requirements, prepare quotes, and process orders.
- Maintain detailed records of all quotes and orders in the system.
Assist Sales Team with Customer Hardware Needs and Recommendations:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer hardware needs and provide suitable recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest hardware products and technologies to offer informed advice.
- Assist in preparing and delivering hardware presentations to customers as needed.
Assist Support Team with General Support Tickets and Documentation:
- Provide support to the support team by handling general support tickets related to hardware issues.
- Document common hardware issues and solutions to create a knowledge base for future reference.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of hardware-related support tickets.
Coordinate Fulfillment and Shipping for All Customers:
- Manage the logistics of hardware fulfillment and shipping, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and shipping carriers to track shipments and resolve any issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to meet customer demands.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience is a plus
- Proficient in office software solutions, administration and productivity
- Good verbal and written skills
- Good presentation skills
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent cross functional collaboration skills
Salary Range: $50,000 - 70,000 annual salary plus corporate bonus program
