About Employer Direct Healthcare
Employer Direct healthcare (EDH) is on a mission to transform access to excellent care for the moments that matter most. As the leading provider of surgical benefits for self-insured employers, we bring guided access to high-quality, affordable care for employers, their employees and the family members. We understand and have experienced the challenges of navigating specialized healthcare and we are dedicated to making a change.
EDH is the market leader for Independent Centers of Excellence (CoE). We have challenged the status quo in healthcare by bringing top quality surgeons within reach of all. Our surgeon-first model is the largest and most accessible network (3-4x larger than our peers), which has delivered an ROI 3x our peers. We serve hundreds of self-funded plan sponsors across 1000+ employers, representing over 4 million people across the U.S. We've saved our clients over $700 million since we were founded!
Ultimately, the US healthcare system at-large is flawed. Costs continue to rise while life expectancy stagnates. We are moving the needed on this problem by improving surgery outcomes - making people healthier - and lowering healthcare costs at the same time.

About the Opportunity
EDH is in hyper-growth. This is illustrated by treble digit top line growth through new logos and member activation. To maintain this pace and to unlock the large market potential, EDH expects to double the GTM teams over the next 12 months.
About the Team
The Commercial Strategy & Operations (Revenue Operations) team supports the President and his broader go-to-market function, including sales, marketing, account management, client success, channel partners (health plans, ecosystem partners, and benefits consultants), and Network Development. The Network Development team within Commercial is responsible for growing our provider network by signing contracts with surgeons and facilities across the country in service of our members. Without this team, we wouldn’t be able to enable healthcare access for our millions of members today and millions more to come in the future.

- Help shape and directly implement the Networks strategy & team coverage model, including establishing growth targets, identifying strategic growth markets / provider types, designing and managing sales and account management territories, setting quotas, and implementing and managing compensation plans
- Spearhead a variety of sales and cross-functional initiatives that level-up the Network Development organization by partnering with others in Strategy & Operations along with IT, Product, Marketing, Client Success, and Finance
- Define and report on Network Development KPIs using SQL and Excel, and devise action plans that improve the long-term strategy and near-term execution against that strategy
- Establish and run the Networks operating cadence (regularly occurring meetings and report readouts) to manage the provider pipeline, execute on prospective provider contracts, and forecast accurately
- Integrate the corporate sales objectives with Network Development plans to ensure alignment between Network Development and the needs of corporate clients / prospects
- Work closely with the field to collect Salesforce.com and other systems requirements and ensure they are implemented successfully by the GTM Systems team
