What’s special about this team:
The Aviation Department consists of 72 team members based at the Amway Hangar at Gerald R. Ford Int’s Airport. The Operations team includes VP, Chief Pilot, 2 Assistant Chief pilots, 3 Schedulers, 5 Flight Attendants, 41 pilots, and 1 Financial Analyst. The Corporate Flight team at Amway provides aircraft services to Amway Owners, Amway executives, and other dignitaries. This team works collaboratively to deliver a superior flight experience, offering safety and comfort to all passengers. The Operations sub-team is responsible for all scheduling, crewing, and trip logistics on all Amway corporate flights.
How would an intern contribute to the team’s success:
This team is recognized for its professionalism and service, both in the air and on the ground. This is a world-class flight department that has set the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and customer service for sixty years. You will get to work alongside the scheduling team to assist in coordinating the crewing of 45 pilots across 13 aircraft. You’ll support the Finance Team to provide the trip data necessary for billings, participate in Operations Meetings to collaborate on logistics management for the fleet/schedule, and coordinate scheduling needs with the Maintenance Department. Complete special projects as assigned by the Leadership Team.
