About this position:

We’re seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Senior Paid Media Manager to lead and optimize Later’s paid media programs across search, social, and display. You’ll be the primary driver of omnichannel paid campaigns that generate signups, leads, and revenue across both our SaaS platform and services business.
In this critical role, you’ll own campaign builds, testing frameworks, daily optimizations, and reporting—ensuring every dollar spent translates into measurable pipeline and growth. Partnering closely with our VP of Demand Generation, you’ll combine technical expertise with strategic vision to scale paid media into a high-performing engine for Later.

What you'll be doing:

Strategy

  • Develop and own Later’s full-funnel paid media strategy across B2B enterprise, SMB/mid-market, and B2C creator audiences.
  • Align campaigns with audience insights, ensuring messaging, targeting, and creative maximize conversions.
  • Partner with leadership to set and achieve ambitious monthly lead targets and quarterly OKRs.

Technical/ Execution

  • Lead execution across paid channels including:
    • Search: Google Ads (PMax, DemandGen, Search).
    • Social: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn.
    • Display/Programmatic: StackAdapt, RollWorks, or similar DSPs.
  • Manage large budgets (7-figure annual spend) with a focus on efficiency and ROI.
  • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns with rigorous QA and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Web, and Brand teams on ad assets, landing pages, and remarketing strategies.
  • Apply structured testing and experimentation to continuously improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Translate performance data into actionable insights, delivering concise updates to team and executives.

Team / Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Product Marketing to ensure leads generated are high-quality.
  • Collaborate with Data teams to ensure seamless tracking, attribution, and reporting.
  • Act as the cross-functional lead for paid media, aligning execution with broader GTM and demand generation priorities.
  • Report frequently to the VP of Demand Generation on progress, blockers, and next steps.

Leadership

  • Serve as Later’s lead expert for paid media, setting a high bar for execution and results.
  • Mentor team members and support peers in elevating paid media knowledge.
  • Demonstrate Later’s values daily, acting as a visible driver of growth and excellence.

Research/Best Practices

  • Conduct competitive research to benchmark and innovate on campaign tactics.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and evolving paid media strategies.
  • Share insights and evangelize paid media best practices across the marketing organization.

  • You’re recognized for building bold, creative campaigns that resonate across Later’s diverse audiences (from enterprise B2B to creators), while continuously testing and optimizing messaging, targeting, and formats. Paid media is a reliable, scalable growth engine that operates seamlessly alongside SEO, lifecycle, and demand generation initiatives.
  • As Senior Paid Media Manager, you are viewed as both a hands-on expert and a strategic partner—someone who brings sharp technical execution, innovative ideas, and data-driven insights that shape Later’s broader growth strategy.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 6+ years in paid media roles, serving as the primary implementor and strategist in SaaS, B2B, or B2C tech contexts.
  • Proven success driving pipeline and revenue through multi-channel paid campaigns.
  • Deep technical expertise in Google Ads and Meta, with strong experience across LinkedIn, TikTok, and display/ABM platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in data tools such as GA4, Salesforce, Mode, Supermetrics, Amplitude, with ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
  • Demonstrated success managing 7-figure ad budgets efficiently.
  • High standards for creative quality, user experience, and precision targeting.
  • Strong understanding of web UX and how it ties into campaign performance.
  • Track record of meeting aggressive growth targets in fast-paced environments.

Our approach to compensation:

We take a market-based & data-driven approach to compensation. We leverage data from trusted third-party compensation sources to help us understand the market value of a role based on function, level, geographic location, and scope. We evaluate compensation bi-annually, including performance and market-related factors.

Our salaries are benchmarked against market Total Cash Compensation for the geographic location of our job posting. Compensation for some roles is structured as On Target Earnings (OTE = base + commission/variable) while for others it is structured as Salary only.

To comply with local legislation and ensure transparency, we share salary ranges on all job postings. Skills, experience and other factors help determine the final salary we offer which may vary from the original range posted. 

Additionally, all permanent team members are eligible to participate in various benefits plans as part of their overall compensation package.

Salary Range: 

$ 120,000 - 145,000 USD
