We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own high-impact initiatives that shape how people get the food they love—and the time back to enjoy it. In this role, you’ll partner closely with cross-functional teammates across Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Operations, and Go-To-Market to define strategy, build and launch solutions at scale, and deliver measurable outcomes for customers, shoppers, and retail partners. About the Job

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for Catalog, aligning cross-functional partners around clear outcomes, success metrics, and milestones.
  • Translate ambiguous, complex problems into structured plans; drive execution from discovery and prioritization through launch, iteration, and scale.
  • Use data and customer insights to understand root causes, design creative solutions, run experiments, and inform high-quality decisions that balance speed and quality.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Operations, Sales, and Support; communicate transparently to drive clarity and commitment.
  • Establish and continuously improve mechanisms for operational excellence (e.g., rituals, metrics, dashboards, postmortems) to ensure reliability, learning, and sustained results.

About You

Minimum Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in Product Management, including ownership of complex, cross-functional programs with measurable impact.
  • Demonstrated strength in our core competencies: Drives Results, Communicates Effectively, Solves Creatively, and Embraces Citizenship.
  • Proven ability to set strategy, prioritize ruthlessly, and deliver high-quality outcomes in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Proficiency in using data to drive decisions (e.g., defining KPIs, partnering with Analytics, interpreting experiments); comfortable navigating ambiguity to find clarity.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a track record of building trust, aligning stakeholders, and leading through influence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in marketplaces, logistics, e-commerce, or consumer technology; familiarity with balancing multi-sided incentives.
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation and analytics (e.g., A/B testing, SQL, dashboards); ability to partner deeply with Engineering and Data teams.
  • History of building 0→1 products or scaling 1→N systems; comfort with technical trade-offs and systems thinking.
  • Prior exposure to growth, monetization, fulfillment, or operations workflows and their associated metrics and levers.
  • People leadership experience (direct or cross-functional) with a passion for coaching, feedback, and inclusive team culture.
