Manager to lead our growth and expand our presence in this critical region.
Job Summary
The Reginal Sales Director APAC is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue
growth and market share for Cybereason's EDR, XDR, and Managed Security Services
(MDR/MSS) business in the Asia-Pacific region. The ideal candidate will be an experienced
sales leader with a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and a proven ability to
manage and grow a robust sales pipeline and close those opportunities. This role requires a
strategic approach to channel management, exceptional skills in key customer engagement,
meticulous quote creation, and accurate forecast management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Channel Management:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive channel strategy to build and strengthen a high-
performing partner ecosystem across APAC.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, including Value-Added Resellers
(VARs), Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), and System Integrators (SIs), to
extend our market reach.
- Drive partner enablement by providing training, sales resources, and marketing support
to ensure partners are proficient in selling and delivering Cybereason's EDR, XDR, and
MAS solutions.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to track performance, align on joint
business plans, and maximize sales collaboration.
- Act as a channel evangelist, ensuring strong communication and partnership alignment
between Cybereason and its key partners.
2. Key Customer Engagement:
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives and key
stakeholders within enterprise and strategic accounts.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer business challenges and aligning
Cybereason's solutions to their security and business objectives.
- Lead complex sales cycles from initial contact to deal closure, demonstrating deep
expertise in our EDR, XDR, and MAS platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales engineering, professional services,
and customer success, to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
3. Quote Creation and Deal Management:
- Generate and manage accurate, professional, and timely sales quotes and proposals for
EDR, XDR, and MAS deals.
- Ensure all quotes are structured to meet customer requirements while adhering to
company pricing policies and profitability targets.
- Utilize our CRM system to manage the sales pipeline, track deal progress, and maintain
a high level of data integrity.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers and partners to secure profitable
and mutually beneficial agreements.
4. Forecast Management:
- Develop, maintain, and deliver a reliable and accurate sales forecast for the APAC
region on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and sales data to provide strategic
insights that inform the forecast.
- Proactively identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities that may impact
the forecast, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Report on sales performance, pipeline status, and key business metrics to senior
management in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- 10 years of experience in cybersecurity sales, with a minimum of [e.g., 3-5] years in a
sales management role focused on the APAC region.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving significant revenue growth in
the EDR, XDR, or broader cybersecurity market.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies, including endpoint security, network
security, and managed services.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing channel partnerships and a
strong network of contacts in the APAC cybersecurity community.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset with the ability to articulate complex
technical concepts in a business context.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the APAC region.
