What You Will Do:

  • Support managers with associate relations, talent management, leave of absence, ADA accommodations, compliance, compensation, performance management, promotions, onboarding, benefits, and terminations.
  • Strategically partner with Human Capital team to manage complex business issues using data from internal and external sources.
  • Manage and facilitate full cycle performance management process.
  • Manage incentive compensation cycle.
  • Design and lead culture initiatives, including events and recognition programs, using engagement surveys to inform strategic recommendations that enhance the associate experience.
  • Proactively look for ways to enhance current Human Capital functions, with a focus on improving efficiencies, automation and scalability.
  • Assist Accounting and Payroll with approvals, timecard infractions, etc.
  • Contribute to and own projects pertaining to all areas of Human Capital.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of personnel policies and procedures, including maintenance of the Human Capital Connections portal
  • Coordinate annual review of benefits, annual open enrollments, new hire enrollments, and day-to-day questions
