The Marketing Tools team enables merchants to build lasting customer relationships through personalized communication, targeted campaigns, and scalable solutions for managing data, segmentation, and outreach. In this role, you will drive product strategy, set goals, cultivate team culture, and oversee career development to ensure we deliver impactful products. You will also own reporting on the Email Campaigns revenue line, providing bi-weekly performance updates to the executive team.

You will report directly to the Head of Commerce. While our preference is for you to be on-site 2-3 days a week in our Dublin, Ireland office or NYC headquarters, we are also open considering remote applicants (U.S. or Ireland only).

  • Develop and lead Marketing Tools product strategies that deepen customer engagement, foster innovation, and seamlessly integrate with Squarespace's broader product ecosystem.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers in driving customer value through hypothesis-driven development processes.
  • Lead the hiring and development of product managers on your teams
  • Work with Engineering and Design functional leads to create impact across the team, and step in to help resolve blockers or challenges to delivery of outcomes
