  • Shape and elevate the experience through measurable outcomes and continuous iteration.
  • Contribute to OKRs, product vision, and roadmap with cross-functional partners.
  • Ensure scalability and consistency through close collaboration with Design Systems.
  • Rapidly prototype and test ideas to validate solutions before implementation.
  • Execute with a high level of visual and interaction design craft.

Search & Personalization Focus:

  • Own the end-to-end domain search experience, from LLM-powered name generation to ML ranking, personalization, and contextual scoring.
  • Simplify complex ML outputs into trust-building UX with Reasons to Believe and tailored bundles.
  • Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to integrate ranking models, run A/B tests, and iterate on results.
  • Develop context-aware spins, personalized bundles, and premium marketplace integrations.
  • Create reusable, scalable patterns for APIs and shared components that extend across the platform.
  • Partner with cross-organizational design teams to ensure consistency in UI patterns for AI tools

Who We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in product design, with experience in search, personalization, or data-driven UX.
  • Ability to simplify complex data and ML outputs into clear, actionable design solutions.
  • Proficient in Figma and skilled in prototyping from large-scale concepts to refined micro-interactions.
  • Strong visual and interaction design craft, with mastery of consistency, hierarchy, typography, and motion
  • Experienced in UX methodologies for complex systems (service blueprints, user journeys, usability testing).
  • Systems thinker who can scale solutions across products while maintaining adaptability.
  • Exceptional storyteller who can tailor presentations for executives, engineers, and non-technical audiences.
  • Passionate about impactful, user-centered design and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Thought leader who aligns design decisions with brand vision and business goals.
