Role Description

Dropbox is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive growth for Dash, our flagship AI product. This role is embedded within the Growth vertical of the Dash team, partnering closely with Product, Design, UXR and Engineering leaders on acquisition, activation, and expansion across all go-to-market motions. As the dedicated PMM for Growth, you will lead cross-functional initiatives from design through implementation, turning insights into impactful experiments, messaging and lifecycle programs. This is a high-visibility, strategic role where success means driving measurable adoption and engagement outcomes while influencing product direction and go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the product marketing lead embedded in Dash’ Growth vertical, collaborating with cross-functional partners to shape and execute strategies that improve metrics across the user journey, from acquisition to retention and expansion.
  • Collaborate on the design and analysis of growth experiments across activation, onboarding, and conversion flows; translate learnings into actionable next steps and repeatable frameworks.
  • Craft insights-driven and audience-specific messaging that clarifies Dash’s differentiation in a rapidly evolving market.
  • Own multi-phase go-to-market strategy and execution for feature launches and growth initiatives, coordinating closely with stakeholders in Marketing, Brand, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Translate experiment learnings into actionable go-to-market levers, including onboarding flows, lifecycle touchpoints, activation campaigns, and positioning updates across web and in-product surfaces.
  • Represent customer needs in planning, ensuring growth strategies drive meaningful adoption, engagement, and retention.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS with a focus on product growth.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS growth strategies, including onboarding, activation, lifecycle, and conversion flows.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience running or partnering on growth experiments, interpreting results, and influencing product or marketing decisions.
  • Proven success in 0-1 product launches, driving adoption and market penetration for new solutions.
  • Excellent storytelling skills—able to distill technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to measure performance and optimize growth and marketing strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in both product-led and sales-led go-to-market motions.
  • Familiarity with marketing or positioning AI-powered tools, with sensitivity to trust, privacy, and differentiation in a rapidly evolving space.

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
