We are seeking an outstanding Principal Performance Engineer, leading the non-functional testing agenda in the organisation such as performance, longevity, stress, and scalability. Be the architect of non-functional benchmark and automation tools.

Your Day-to-Day Role

Lead and define company’s non-functional testing strategy
Define and implement the performance benchmark framework and tools
Overseeing the development of new features and modules
Working closely with product and development teams on performance issues
Mentoring and supporting the personal growth of the automation performance engineers in the team
Supporting production cycle and customer-related issues that related to performance

Your Work Experience

At least 5 years of experience in the performance field
At least 3 years of experience in development of performance testing solutions (Python big advantage)
Experience with load tools
Experience working on cloud technologies such as AWS , Azure, and Kubernetes
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work successfully with engineers, product owners and business stakeholders
Experience with large-scale production systems
BSc. in computer science or an equivalent
Knowledge of Linux / Unix
Experience of Agile and Lean product development methodologies

Important Details

This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work out of our Tel Aviv office to maximise collaboration and interaction with the business. Travel may be required.
