As a Marketing Automation Manager working on the DashGrowth team, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our Email strategies. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, technical skills, and creativity to deliver successful programs at scale. With a focus on cross-sell and engagement, you will develop the foundations for our email marketing efforts and have a direct impact on our Growth objectives.
Responsibilities
Email Strategy Development: Partner with the Growth teams to create the strategy for email with a focus on cross-sell and engagement of users from within our existing Dropboxcustomer base.
Design and Delivery: Lead the execution of building high-performing emails and prompts by partnering with agencies and using internal marketing automation systems.
Data-Driven Experimentation: Develop a pipeline of experiments to implement a rigorous testing framework that allows us to rapidly learn and operationalize wins.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvements.
Customer Insights and Segmentation: Utilize deep customer insights to segment the audience effectively and tailor marketing campaigns that resonate with each segment.
Collaboration and Alignment: Work closely with Product and Channel owners tocreate learning feedback loop and ensure that strategies are aligned.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or a related field
6–10 years of experience in marketing automation with a proven track record of successfully implementing email programs that drive growth
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL to effectively measure results and inform marketing strategies and decisions
Experienced at running A/B tests to rapidly experiment, operationalize, and optimize
Deep understanding of industry standards and best practices for email marketing
Excellent teamworkskills, with the ability to partner with key stakeholdersin achieving collaborative goals
Innovative mindset, with an eye for identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities in a dynamic market landscape
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with other Marketing Automation channels such as Prompts or Push Notifications a plus
Experience using Marketing Automation and Experimentation tools such as Iterable and GrowthBook
