Baidu USA, the powerhouse behind the innovative digital advertising platform MediaGo, is seeking a Publisher Sales Support Specialist with a passion for media and advertising. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our sales teams and our clients within the media publication sector. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will work closely with the sales and account management teams to facilitate the smooth execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring our clients in the media publication industry achieve their advertising goals with MediaGo.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support & Client Service
- Provide exceptional support to the advertising sales team by assisting with client inquiries, proposal preparation, and campaign setup. 
- Act as a liaison between sales, clients, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and timely resolution of any issues.
2. Campaign Management
- Assist in the management of advertising campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and expectations. 
- Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights to both clients and sales teams to optimize results.
3. Market Research & Insights
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor landscapes, and client needs. 
- Share insights with the sales team to inform sales strategies and enhance client proposals.
4. Collaboration with Product Teams: Work closely with the product and technical teams to provide feedback from clients and the sales team, contributing to the continuous improvement of MediaGo.
5. Training & Development
- Participate in training sessions to deepen your knowledge of digital advertising and MediaGo’s platform. 
- Assist in the development and delivery of training materials for clients and new team members.
6. Administrative Support: Manage administrative tasks related to the sales process, including CRM updates, sales documentation, and client communication.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in advertising sales support, preferably within the media publication or digital advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and the media publication landscape.
- Strong communication skills in both English & Mandarin, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analytical skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Available to work in our Sunnyvale office 4 days a week.
