As a Senior Operations Manager reporting to the Director and take a hands-on approach and provide strategic operational leadership throughout production and fulfillment. We're looking for someone who is excited to build something awesome and share it with the world!

You will...

Provide leadership from the front lines and immerse yourself in the trenches to increase productivity, promote growth, encourage innovation ideas, and create an excellent culture

Map out and improve the daily operations in a hyper-growth environment, engaging and motivating the team to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of customer orders
Manage dynamic teams to better assess the daily operations of Production, Planning and Fulfillment teams
Ensure adherence to OSHA, GMP, SQF, food safety and facility compliance while meeting operational goals
Insure continuous improvement to safety, quality, cost, and delivery while growing and expanding capabilities
Promote a customer-focused environment committed to delivering the highest quality product to our customer
Conduct presentations and formal training programs to enhance team communication and employee engagement
Coach, teach and develop team optics to increase core knowledge to create better quality standards
Promote a culture dedicated to improving when it comes to Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery

Bachelor's degree required & 8+ years managing fulfillment & production operations in food, beverage, or perishables manufacturing or distribution
Experience managing teams of 200+ employees in a hyper-growth organization - our culture is an important part of our success, and you need to help promote it
Comprehensive background in Production, Shipping, Receiving, and Warehousing
Inventory control management with a background in building/improving warehouse management or inventory tracking systems (WMS implementation a plus)
Ability to develop procedures that help reduce inventory discrepancies
Project management skills, well-versed in Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement
Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
Efficient Microsoft Office and Google app

E. Biometric Information: An individual’s physiological, biological, or behavioral characteristics, including an individual’s deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), that can be used, singly or in combination with each other or with other identifying data, to establish individual identity. Biometric information includes, but is not limited to, imagery of the iris, retina, fingerprint, face, hand, palm, vein patterns, and voice recordings, from which an identifier template, such as a faceprint, a minutiae template, or a voiceprint, can be extracted, and keystroke patterns or rhythms, gait patterns or rhythms, and sleep, health, or exercise data that contain identifying information.

F. Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity Information: Browsing history, search history, and information regarding a consumer’s interaction with an internet website, application, or advertisement.

G. Geolocation Data: Geolocation data.

H. Audio, electronic, visual, thermal, olfactory, or similar information: Audio, electronic, visual, thermal, olfactory, or similar information.

I. Professional or Employment-Related Information: Professional or employment-related
information.

J. Education Information: Information that is not publicly available personally identifiable information as defined in the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.

K. Inferences: Inferences drawn from any of the information identified above to create a profile about a consumer reflecting the consumer’s preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes.

HelloFresh collects the following categories of personal information about applicants and/or employees:
