We’re looking for a Technical Product Marketing Manager to drive the next level of growth for BetterCloud and help us elevate the role of IT. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be a key member of the marketing team - helping to create and tell the platform narrative, launch new products, influence product roadmap and be the subject matter experts of our products. You will:

About You

  • 3-5 years B2B SaaS Product Marketing or Product Management experience or equivalent
  • Technical background in IT or with IT professionals, with a experience and knowledge in IT Operations, the IT tech stack, and SaaS Management Platforms 
  • Intensely curious with a knack for asking high quality questions
  • Measurable success launching new products and features 
  • Experience partnering with cross functional teams across an organization
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Enjoys meeting with customers and evangelizing products
  • Fire in the belly – you bring passion to your work and your team

What You’ll Do 

  • Be the voice of IT within GTM, representing our customer and our user as we build strategies for growth and retention
  • Become the trusted GTM partner to the product team and establish a continuous feedback loop that encompasses customer input, market trends, and competitive factors to influence product development.
  • Understand customer technical/business requirements and communicate how to leverage to provide solutions through messaging, assets, and sales enablement content
  • Communicate with confidence to IT professionals and demonstrate an understanding of their day-to-day work
  • Create impactful messaging that resonates with our audience and drives a measurable impact in marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Partner with GTM and Product leadership, as well as other cross functional teams, to develop and orchestrate product launches that drive growth and retention. 
  • Drive customer engagement and adoption. Understand and solve for blockers to adoption using data to uncover trends and insights.
  • Execute training to educate internal teams on the go-to-market, positioning, messaging, differentiation, etc.

  • Know key players across the org, have started to build relationships and sit in on calls with Sales and CS
  • Have completed onboarding, product training, and other enablement programs
  • Contributed to messaging and campaign work within the GTM teams by building content and strategy

In your first 60 days, you will have…

  • Have contributed in a meaningful way to GTM and product launch execution
  • Have established meetings and rituals with your cross functional counterparts
  • Met with customers and worked hand-in-hand with Sales
  • Have developed a strong point of view on the market and our buyer and are executing the Marketing strategy

    Salary Range: IC3 - 115-135 base 

    This salary range represents BetterCloud’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and BetterCloud may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.  The final salary for this position will be determined in BetterCloud’s sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employee’s work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of BetterCloud’s business and other operational considerations.
