About The Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and collaborative Analyst to join our GTM Strategy & Insights team within Revenue Operations. Reporting directly to our VP of Revenue Operations, this role will focus on supporting our Revenue leaders with operational insights and data-backed planning across forecasting, pipeline, territories, quotas, headcount, compensation, and business performance.

You’ll serve as a thought partner to senior Revenue leadership, delivering proactive reporting and decision-making support across critical areas of the go-to-market strategy. What You Will Do

  • Serve as a go-to insights partner for the CRO, VP of New Business, VP of Existing Business, VP of Partnerships, and VP RevOps, providing strategic insights and operational visibility across their books of business
  • Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and ad hoc reporting to support revenue performance tracking across new, retention, expansion, and renewal motions
  • Provide strategic recommendations that address identified pipeline and funnel risks and escalate actionable insights to executive stakeholders
  • Partner across all Revenue teams to identify, implement, and evaluate strategic growth initiatives
  • Drive AI alignment and development of automated insights across pipeline operations and campaign effectiveness analysis
  • Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations clearly and effectively across weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Support and update headcount capacity models, territory plans, and quota allocations for the full Revenue team in alignment with GTM strategy
  • Partner with RevOps and Finance on compensation execution, ensuring accurate payout calculations and alignment between performance data and plan mechanics, including managing commission plans and payouts in QuotaPath 
  • Deliver period-end insights and retrospectives, including performance by segment, product, and rep—along with qualitative takeaways and forward-looking recommendations
  • Drive proactive analytics to identify risks and opportunities before they surface, informing leadership decisions and action planning
  • Manage inbound ad hoc reporting requests while maintaining focus on high-impact, scalable reporting initiatives
  • Support quarterly and annual planning efforts with data-backed insights that inform target-setting, revenue modeling, and resource allocation
  • Partner with RevOps systems team and cross-functional stakeholders to define and evolve business requirements and enable high-quality data infrastructure
  • Partner with Revenue team members and Data Analytics partners to support ad-hoc requests and deep dives. Enable a self-service analytics culture by driving adoption of our BI tools and dashboards to make insights consistent and accessible

What We Are Looking For

  • 2-4 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Revenue Operations, Business Planning, or related fields, ideally within a B2B SaaS or tech environment
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets formula and expert SQL skills are required; Salesforce reporting and Tableau or other GTM reporting tool experience a plus
  • Familiarity with forecasting methodologies, pipeline health measurement, territory and quota planning processes, headcount modeling, and compensation execution cycles; QuotaPath tool experience a plus
  • Experience producing executive-ready reporting and strategic insights for sales leadership
  • Ability to proactively surface trends, risks, and actionable recommendations from complex datasets
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect data to operational priorities
  • Collaborative mindset and comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • High attention to detail, with a bias toward continuous improvement and scalability

Compensation 

Our national target base salary range is $88,000-$110,000, plus participation in our Annual Bonus and Stock Option Program. Base compensation will be commensurate with experience and skills.
