We are currently looking for a Financial Analyst II. You will be responsible for preparation of financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have forecasting experience, understanding of accounting principles and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis.
Ability to study metrics, forecasts of business conditions and trends and draw relevant conclusions as requested.
Design reports and communicate analysis verbally and in written formats
Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis
Cost benefit analysis for proposed projects or system
Technical knowledge and skills for specialized software applications. [i.e. accounting, budgeting, financial planning and analysis.]

Requirements:
Education and Experience:
4-year degree in Accounting or Finance, or 2-year degree with 2 years of related experience and proven competence. Certifications are a plus
3-5 years experience in Accounting or Finance

Pay Range:
$61,900.00 - $91,300.00
Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
