We’re looking for an adaptable, organized self-starter to join our team as a Recruiting Coordinator. This fast-paced, dynamic role where your ability to navigate changing calendars and keep everything running smoothly will make you our go-to scheduling wizard. You’ll create a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams, all while sharpening your operational skills and growing your career in recruiting.
Work Location:
We’re looking for candidates in the Pacific or Central Time Zones to align with team schedules. While the role is remote, we also have offices in Palo Alto, CA and Austin, TX for in-person collaboration.

Expectations (In this role, you will):
- As the sole coordinator, you’ll manage the scheduling of 30–40 interviews across multiple functions and time zones
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience
- Maintain and update recruiting templates, scheduling tools, and other process documentation
- Review inbound applications and flag strong candidates; assist with outbound sourcing efforts
- Prepare and send offer letters; support ad-hoc recruiting projects and process improvements
Experience (What we look for):
- At least 1 year of experience in a recruiting or coordination role
- Hands-on experience with recruiting platforms such as Greenhouse or Ashby
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Calendar, Sheets, Slides)
- Bonus: Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, or other sourcing tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for providing a great candidate experience and interest in growing a career in recruiting

The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $100,000. This information reflects a base salary range for this position based on current market data, which may be subject to change as new market data becomes available. The candidate's skills, experience, and other relevant factors will determine the exact compensation.
