HelloFresh is looking for a Project Manager, Marketing Reactivations. This role will lead and contribute to high profile, strategically important projects that have a direct impact on our business and our customers. You will manage cross-functional processes, build strong mechanisms and work closely with diverse local and international stakeholders to define, track and accelerate progress of strategic reactivation marketing initiatives in North America.

Manage a portfolio of strategic marketing projects and relentlessly prioritize existing and new projects
Oversee and proactively manage the marketing campaigns across channels and brands, coordinating all planning, resourcing, operating, performance monitoring and progress tracking processes effectively
Continuously challenge the status quo. Define, develop and deliver strategic initiatives to improve processes and optimize overall team efficiency through analysis, business case creation, recommendation definition and project management
Establish strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders across North America and International to collect their inputs, ensure our priorities, processes and deliverables are integrated and aligned, and ensure timely delivery of projects
Support the development of project proposal, charters, plans, schedules, resource plans, business plans, and performance metrics
Understand and solve complex problems that stretch over multiple parts of the business
Analyze and present data in order to provide solid recommendations for the project to the senior leadership team
Develop and maintain systems for the tracking and reporting of project and portfolio progress and outcomes

You have...

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
5+ years of relevant experience
Proven track record of handling the full project lifecycle for multiple concurrent projects
Excel at scoping and structuring business challenges, defining recommendations while thinking in terms of contingency plans to realize impact
Problem solving: use logic to slice complex problems into pieces in an organized way
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to translate data into actions, and use data-driven insights to make decisions
Strong Excel/Google Sheet skills
Ability to recognize and resolve ambiguous or challenging situations, focus effort on meeting or exceeding goals, and pave the way for efficiency
Customer-focused and strive to deliver a solution that meets customer needs and expectations

K. Inferences: Inferences drawn from any of the information identified above to create a profile about a consumer reflecting the consumer’s preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes.
