About Aura

Aura is a fast-growing online safety solutions provider dedicated to protecting individuals and families at every stage of life. Our mission is to empower our customers to navigate the digital world safely by offering proactive tools to detect and mitigate online threats, such as scams, predators, and cyberbullying. We are committed to innovation and leveraging cutting-edge technology, particularly AI, to address the evolving challenges of online safety and well-being.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior AI Product Manager with impeccable product instincts, curiosity and initiative.. You’ll lead AI features and agentic systems that set a new standard for how families protect themselves online. This isn’t just about shipping AI chatbots; it’s about reimagining digital safety with an agentic first approach and redefining the art of the possible.

From day one, you’ll be in the arena: asking the right questions, cutting through noise, and guiding a cross‑functional team to turn ambitious concepts into products people trust. You’ll have room to run, support when you need it, and the expectation that you’ll bring clarity where there’s ambiguity.

If solving big problems, working with high‑caliber peers, and holding yourself to a high bar excites you, you’ll thrive here.

What you'll do:

Product Strategy & Vision: Define what AI‑powered family safety should mean for our customers. Keep it clear, actionable, and inspiring.

Uncover the opportunities: Spot the high‑impact plays, even in messy or uncertain terrain. Turn insights into action.

Building at Scale: Work with world class AI engineers, data scientists, and designers to create scalable agentic AI platforms and products for both rapid experiments and production‑ready solutions.

Agentic User Experiences: Reimagine and deliver intuitive, human and adaptable UI components with an agent first approach

Cross‑Functional Leadership: Be the connective tissue across Engineering, Design, GTM, Legal, and product‑line PMs. Move fast without losing alignment.

Measuring What Matters: Set the right metrics, track them relentlessly, and act on what you learn.

Customer Empathy: Talk to users. Understand their needs and frustrations.

Staying Ahead: Track AI/ML advancements and safety trends. Apply them with purpose.

What you’ll bring:

Product Sense: You have exceptional product taste and can blend qualitative and quantitative observations to create beautiful, scalable, and delightful customer experiences.

Technology Fluency: You have a strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and stay current with the technology.

Curiosity & Thoughtfulness: You don’t need to have all the answers, but you know how to ask the right questions. You think critically and challenge the status quo.

0–1 Delivery: You have a proven ability to take a product from idea to launch in fast-moving, high-expectation environments.

Empiricism: You rely on evidence and maintain a deeply analytical mindset.

Clarity of Thought: You are a strong communicator across technical and non-technical audiences, adapting your message to your audience.

Adaptability: You are comfortable and experienced operating in high-ambiguity environments.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years leading complex product initiatives.
  • Experience building and shipping in a SaaS consumer-facing or B2B at scale product role
  • Fluency in AI and ML technologies

Completion of this form is voluntary and will not affect your opportunity for employment, or the terms or conditions of employment. This form will be used for EEO-1 reporting and DE&I purposes only and will be aggregated and kept separate from all other personnel records only accessed by the People Operations team.

For government reporting purposes, we ask candidates to respond to the below self-identification survey. Completion of the form is entirely voluntary. Whatever your decision, it will not be considered in the hiring process or thereafter. Any information that you do provide will be recorded and maintained in a confidential file.

As set forth in Aura’s Equal Employment Opportunity policy, we do not discriminate on the basis of any protected group status under any applicable law.

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

A "recently separated veteran" means any veteran during the three-year period beginning on the date of such veteran's discharge or release from active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval, or air service.

An "active duty wartime or campaign badge veteran" means a veteran who served on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service during a war, or in a campaign or expedition for which a campaign badge has been authorized under the laws administered by the Department of Defense.

An "Armed forces service medal veteran" means a veteran who, while serving on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service, participated in a United States military operation for which an Armed Forces service medal was awarded pursuant to Executive Order 12985.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
