Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in sourcing and securing top talent for our healthcare organization. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to hiring strategies and supporting multiple entities across the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for provider roles, from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source and engage potential candidates through various channels, including social media and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the roles.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.
  • Partner with internal teams involved in mergers and acquisitions to support talent integration.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in provider recruiting.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting is a plus.
  • Healthcare recruiting experience is a plus.
  • Experience working with mergers and acquisitions and multiple entities across the US is advantageous.

Compensation:

$68,640-$72,000, DOE
