Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for provider roles, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source and engage potential candidates through various channels, including social media and professional networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the roles.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.
- Partner with internal teams involved in mergers and acquisitions to support talent integration.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in provider recruiting.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting is a plus.
- Healthcare recruiting experience is a plus.
- Experience working with mergers and acquisitions and multiple entities across the US is advantageous.
Compensation:
$68,640-$72,000, DOE
