About the Division 
THG Nutrition is home to the world’s largest online sports nutrition brand, Myprotein, including sub-brands Myvegan, Myvitamins, MP Clothing, and Myprotein PRO. From manufacturing and NPD to marketing and logistics, our in-house teams drive growth across global markets, with North America as a core focus. 

Role Summary 

This hybrid role sits within the Myprotein North America team and combines responsibilities across influencer marketing and brand activations/events. Reporting to the General Manager and Influencer Marketing Lead, you’ll lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of influencer partnerships and experiential marketing campaigns designed to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and deliver commercial impact. 

Main Responsibilities 

Influencer Marketing 

  • Identify, recruit, and manage a portfolio of on-brand influencers across fitness, lifestyle, and wellness categories 
  • Manage the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns, from outreach and onboarding to product distribution and deliverable tracking 
  • Lead micro-influencer campaigns and co-manage global influencer activations with central teams 
  • Leverage in-house technology to analyze performance and inform strategy for revenue and engagement growth 
  • Contribute creative campaign ideas and liaise with content, social, PR, and digital marketing teams for 360° brand execution 
  • Execute US-based influencer shoots and events, ensuring alignment with global brand strategy 
  • Own creator content plan to support the growth of the organic Myprotein US TikTok account  

Events & Brand Activations 

  • Lead strategy and execution of all events and brand activation activities across North America (US, Canada, Mexico) 
  • Own planning and delivery of consumer, trade, and retail-facing events — including tentpole activations like Myprotein x Hyrox 
  • Develop creative event concepts and proposals to secure stakeholder buy-in 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and retail partners to deliver integrated experiences 
  • Manage third-party vendors, creative teams, and budgets to deliver high-impact, on-brand experiences 
  • Own the content creation and amplification process in the lead up to, during, and after each event activation 
  • Report on event performance and provide actionable post-event analysis 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 

  • Influencer campaign ROI: Revenue, engagement, ARPI growth, new customer acquisition 
  • Event delivery success: Timely, on-budget, high-quality execution 
  • Audience engagement: Social/media reach, content volume, influencer participation 
  • Stakeholder satisfaction: Feedback from internal teams, influencers, and retail partners 
  • Brand impact: Awareness lift, post-campaign sales increases, creative alignment 

Requirements 

Qualifications 

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 
  • 3–5+ years' experience in influencer marketing, event marketing, or brand activation 

Skills 

  • Strong project management and organizational skills 
  • Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation abilities 
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and social media channels (IG, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) 
  • Ability to manage budgets and assess campaign performance with a commercial lens 
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creatives, agencies, and global teams

Compensation & Benefits
