Job Description

Hungry for a taste of what it’s like to run product at America’s #1 meal-kit company? We’re looking for a passionate foodie and excited innovator to join our Product Management team. You will work closely with the Product Managers to support ongoing and/or new product launches for our portfolio of brands. You will support our product strategy development, roadmap planning, and product launches from ideation through execution. You will have a customer-first approach, demonstrating a deep understanding of our target customers and tailor solutions help us better meet their lifestyle needs. 

Please note: this is NOT a technical product role. This is a role on our food portfolio team.

You will...

  • Partner with Product Managers to set product strategy and roadmap initiatives for our portfolio of brands 
  • Identify gaps with our current product offering, partner with internal data resources, and ideate solutions to fill customer needs and drive incremental growth through new solutions
  • Support the development of test plans and KPI’s for new product launches that align to establish product launch strategies
  • Conduct post-launch reviews, including financial performance analyses on product launches to determine launch success and future iterations needed to improve product performance 
  • Work cross-functionally with Brand, Culinary, Editorial on Product positioning for new product launching and go-to-market support plan 
  • Liaise between Operations, Procurement, Nutrition, Tech, Customer Care and Legal to define new product launch opportunities
  • Partner with Operations on Supply Chain to guide solution designs for product offering development

At a minimum, you have...

  • BA/BS required (Business degree and/or emphasis in Marketing, Operations, Product Development, Product Management, or a related discipline strongly preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting, product strategy, product management, monetization, brand management and/or category development strongly preferred
  • Understanding of how to develop a product strategy, outline a product roadmap and work cross-functionally on execution 
  • Experience analyzing and synthesizing P&L and consumer behavior data into clear, actionable insights
  • Demonstrated success in program or project management 
  • Success in leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong technical skills in Google sheets, Google slides, and project management tools 
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment 
  • CPG, D2C subscription, FoodTech or Retail experience is a plus
