Pinterest is looking for a Recruiting Events Program Manager to lead the execution of the global strategy for recruiting events. This person will pay a key role in creating unique event experiences for the Pinterest talent brand, and develop strategies that ensure the events we’re attending are effective and push brand comprehension forward. The scope of this role ranges from intimate events hosted in our offices to large global conferences, with a focus on diversity events to drive pipeline for underrepresented groups.

What you’ll do:

  • Own executing the global recruiting events strategy for Pinterest recruiting, in partnership with our Talent Brand and Inclusion & Diversity teams
  • Work directly with senior level executives across the organization to strategize and execute events that hit business critical goals and secure strategic buy in
  • Design and implement creative, cutting-edge event experiences that are unique to Pinterest and differentiate our employer brand
  • Work closely with the Recruiting team and cross functional stakeholders to develop event engagement strategies that maximize ROI
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, budget, recruiting team accountability, risk management and provide status updates to stakeholders
  • Measure event ROI and success against recruiting goals on a frequent basis and make recommendations to pivot based on ROI
  • Own the budget, calendar, team communications and debriefs, including post-event metrics reporting and analysis for recruiting pipelines

What we're looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience strategizing and executing recruiting events, with a diversity and inclusion focus
  • Demonstrated ability to partner closely and effectively with recruiting teams to implement clear timelines and task ownership for event execution
  • Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion recruiting events
  • Knowledge of key global engineering events and opportunities, organizing presence at research conferences a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to drive key strategy decisions around event impact and execution
  • Extensive knowledge of event nurture best practices, ability to program manage for recruiting partners
  • Previous work with or on a recruiting team; knowledge of partnership best practices
  • Strong professionalism and communication skills in working with senior leaders and executives
