Location: At the moment, we are all working remotely. However, we have offices in London and New York, and this position can be based in either office or remote in the US or UK (subject to your existing legal right to work in either jurisdiction).

About the Role

A Support Associate Intern will assist the OpenFin Customer Support team in a variety of facets. As an intern, you will be contributing by answering customer inbound queries, revamping our self-help materials and producing Support articles.


Candidates can expect to be exposed to a variety of technologies and OpenFin product features. Additionally, candidates will be able to appreciate how customers in the Financial space are leveraging OpenFin to build web front-end applications..

This role is ideal for candidates who want to code, write documentation, interact with customers and gain a ton of insight into web development in the financial landscape.

Potential Projects:

  • Revamp Support Knowledge Base
  • Define Support 1st line process
  • Complete internal ‘Support Getting Started’
