WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

As a Sales Manager for BaubleBar you will be responsible for driving strategic sales growth and managing relationships with key wholesale partners. We are looking for someone who will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and collaborative environment. 

 WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:

  • Ensure sales targets are met or exceeded
  • Maintain and continue to strengthen relationships with wholesale partners
  • Secure new business opportunities and collaborations
  • Analyze and present sales data while constantly working to maximize sales opportunities
  • Create seasonal merchandise training manuals and product knowledge materials to ensure that wholesale partners are properly representing the BaubleBar brand
  • Collaborate with team on product assortment, seasonal buys and inventory balancing
  • Recap market feedback, highlight best-sellers and product opportunities
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Potential exists for future business travel mid-2021

  • Advanced sales, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of wholesale markets and competitive landscape
  • Excellent Merchandising Skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and delegate when appropriate
  • Strong understanding of wholesale operations and logistics
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience
