This position blends Project Coordination and Business Systems Analysis skills to support solution design and application implantation for the firm. The role will deliver support to a broad audience across the organization, will include limited project work. A demonstrated ability to learn processes and translate that knowledge to project teams is key for this role. In addition, creative problem solving, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task are skills that will be heavily utilized in this role.

  • Partner with organization to document business processes in of technology projects and initiatives
  • Lead product selection process guiding business teams to SaaS solutions in alignment with business requirements
  • Collaborate with internal resources for license acquisition & contract negotiation
  • Assist in the design and implementation of new data structures and reporting tools; create/enhance documentation
  • Drive Development or enhancement of existing SaaS tools to optimize business processes and reporting; recommend modifications to established practices and procedures
  • Maintain Project status
  • Work collaboratively with business process owners and IT to identify and prioritize system and process improvements
  • Identify current capabilities of targeted products and opportunities for improvement
  • Assist in preparation and conducting of continuing formal or informal training session for users and co-workers




  • 3-5 years of work experience in a systems related role supporting SaaS applications and/or general business operations
  • 2 years of IT Business Analysts experience with business process reengineering background
  • Experience writing and gathering business and functional requirements, creating process workflows and creating/executing test cases and defect management
  • Demonstrated ability to:
    • Rapidly master new activities and technologies coupled with a strong attention to detail
    • Learn new technology/applications 
    • Solve problems in a creative manner
  • Strong project management, documentation, and delivery skills
  • Experience within a biopharmaceutical organization a plus
