A. Position objective:
This position is responsible for supporting the Ethics and POSH 1 program at PhonePe
Group.
The position reports to the Ethics and POSH Lead and rolls down to overall Compliance Org.
of PhonePe Group, with a responsibility to support in the execution and governance of Ethics
and POSH function, in the application of the Code of Conduct and POSH Policy.
B. Major Responsibilities:
1. Supports in managing the Ethics and POSH case lifecycle, by ensuring all reported
cases from across the PhonePe Group are managed in a timely manner, consistent
with global governance expectations and mandates.
2. Supports in developing, monitoring, and reporting on company’s case management
metrics and ensuring the proactive update of the cases on the Case Management
Tool.
3. Supports in drafting processes and other ancillary tasks in the direction of Ethics and
POSH investigations, working closely with investigators, to drive the process and
ensure timely conclusion of cases.
4. Contributes to the development and execution of the Ethics and POSH training and
awareness program including the development of training content; delivery and
tracking of training sessions.

Additional Skills & Knowledge - Ability to exercise sound judgment.
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Basic business IT skills, including proficiency with Office Suite/Google Workspace,
collaboration apps, etc.
Qualification And Experience Requirements
Legal/ Compliance professionals/ Chartered Accountant with 0–1 year experience
Understanding of Ethics and POSH investigation procedures.
Understanding of related HR, Legal and/or compliance areas will be preferred.
