About the role:

At Crunchtime, you will drive the strategic growth of our Operations Execution platform, leading bold product innovations that help restaurant chains optimize their businesses at scale. You'll be at the forefront of transforming how restaurants execute operations, working directly with customers in the field while steering our platform toward aggressive expansion.

What you’ll do

  • Drive aggressive growth strategy to rapidly scale our market-leading platform across all restaurant chain segments
  • Pioneer breakthrough features through bold experimentation and direct customer discovery in restaurant environments
  • Conduct hands-on customer research including on-site restaurant visits and operator interviews to uncover untapped market opportunities
  • Lead competitive innovation by identifying and capturing emerging market trends before competitors
  • Build and execute strategies for new product capabilities and market segments
  • Lead the development and execution of the product vision and strategy
  • Define and analyze growth metrics to inform product success

What we are looking for

  • 5+ years of experience managing B2B software products
  • Experience building and iterating products with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate customer problems to solve.
  • Systems thinking and analytical mindset to make decisions based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.
  • Experience using customer and product discovery frameworks.
  • Domain experience in food service, food safety, QSR/FSR, retail operations, operations research or related fields.

Nice to have

  • Experience leveraging Lean Product Development methodologies
  • Domain experience in food service, food safety, QSR/FSR, retail operations, operations research or related fields
  • Experience commercializing software products
  • Experience with significant change management and projects spanning multiple product offerings and technical platforms
