What We’re Looking For
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for bringing creative vision and strategic growth to Yext’s organic social program. We’re looking for a passionate storyteller with a background in B2B marketing who knows how to engage audiences across a range of platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, and X. You’ll help bring a fresh voice to our channels through innovative, new creative, and written content, and will tackle the challenge of expanding our presence to new platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Yext’s organic social program across all platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and Reddit
- Develop a cohesive social media strategy that aligns with Yext’s brand goals and amplifies product value and thought leadership
- Manage our community engagement, responding to comments and sharing relevant posts
- Plan and manage a flexible content calendar that reflects marketing priorities and maximizes engagement
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and creative teams to deliver aligned, impactful social content.
- Write, schedule, and optimize posts to ensure messaging is consistently engaging and platform-specific
- Track and analyze performance metrics to make data-driven adjustments for reach and engagement
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends and emerging channels to spot growth opportunities for Yext
- Launch and manage an employee advocacy program to expand brand reach and engagement.
- Ensure Yext’s social media presence is distinct, compelling, and consistent with our brand personality
What You Have
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 6+ years of experience working in marketing, social media, or content marketing
- A portfolio of social media posts showcasing your approach to creative storytelling across channels.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies that drive engagement and growth.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices, including emerging channels like TikTok and Reddit.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with an eye for creative content that resonates with a professional audience.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally and managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in social media reporting, analysis, and strategy optimization.
- Passion for keeping up with social media trends and a desire to bring innovative ideas to the table.

Pay ranges at Yext are established based on an analysis of salaries for positions with a similar level of accountability and impact in the relevant labor market. Salary levels are expected to change to reflect an employee’s job performance (results and impact) over time. Salaries at the time of hire are typically offered in the lower to middle of the above-referenced range in order to provide the opportunity to reflect performance-based increases over time. In addition to base salaries, employees at Yext are typically eligible for a comprehensive package of benefits including medical, dental and vision benefits; life insurance; short term and long-term disability; 401(k) retirement plan; and vacation and sick leave.
