Your Day-to-Day

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Wizeline, you will be at the forefront of our growth efforts, responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities. Your role will focus on connecting with potential clients, identifying their needs, and setting up successful introductions for our inside sales team. You’ll leverage targeted contact lists, provided by our Sales Intelligence team, to identify prospects, develop outreach strategies, and nurture potential leads. This is a dynamic, high-impact role where you’ll work closely with the sales team to meet ambitious growth targets and help establish Wizeline as a preferred technology partner.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect Outreach:

  • Conduct initial outreach to high-value prospects through various channels, including email, phone, and LinkedIn, to introduce Wizeline’s offerings and value proposition.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs, readiness, and interest level, following an established lead qualification framework.

Lead Nurturing & Relationship Building:

  • Develop relationships with prospective clients by engaging them in meaningful conversations, understanding their challenges, and positioning Wizeline’s solutions effectively.
  • Maintain regular follow-up communications to nurture leads through the sales pipeline and prepare them for a seamless transition to the inside sales team.

Collaboration with Sales Intelligence Team:

  • Work closely with the Sales Intelligence team to understand target segments, leverage data insights, and enhance outreach effectiveness based on segmentation and engagement data.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and market response to help refine targeting strategies and data processes.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Track outreach and lead generation activities within Salesforce, maintaining accurate records of engagement, notes, and next steps for each prospect.
  • Regularly report on outreach effectiveness, lead quality, and conversion rates to contribute insights for continuous improvement in sales strategy.

Continuous Learning & Market Awareness:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential client needs to tailor outreach and effectively communicate Wizeline’s competitive advantages.
  • Stay up to date and develop a deep understanding of Wizeline’s offerings and refine sales techniques.
  • Fluent in English
