Must-have Skills
To be successful in this role, you need:
- Technologist or systems integrator with a background in design ops, automation, or frontend tooling.
- Build automated comparison tools between Figma components and coded implementations (e.g., Storybook)
- Strong scripting skills (Node.js, Python)
- Familiarity with design system tools (Figma, Storybook, Zeroheight)
- Comfortable with Gemini/Glean APIs and prompt chaining for assistive AI
- Bonus: understanding of design systems, UX, accessibility, and component lifecycle best practices
- Full English proficiency.
