What is this role all about?
You will lead planning and execution of global games marketing. This self-starter should have a real passion for and experience in marketing which include: product, brand, influencer, community, and awareness marketing initiatives. You will have extensive experience in the product marketing of high-profile games on multiple platforms, including PC and Mobile, and with diverse business models (freemium, FSP, Subscription), with deep understanding of digital product development, production, and customer engagement systems.
A day in the life as a digital product marketing manager
Act as Business Owner and Internal Champion for your Game
Drive both short and long-term strategic plans and marketing goal setting for your title
Plan, Develop, and Execute your Marketing Strategy (Positioning, Audience Segmentation, Market Strategy, etc.)
Collaborate Cross-Functionally to Build ‘Mobile First’ Best Practices (Perf. Mkt, Lifecycle, App Store Optimization, etc.)
Closely monitor and draw conclusions from key performance indicators such as engagement, retention, monetization, awareness, market share, and ambitious behavior
Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns with responsibility for handling a multi-million-dollar budget
What you’ll bring
Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Video Game Marketing Experienced preferred
Experience in PC, console, or mobile games marketing required
4-6 years in marketing
Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in a business, marketing or communications discipline.
Hands-on experience tracking and reporting on marketing metrics.
The ability to develop go-to-market plans.
