Who You Are:

Storyblocks is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join our marketing team, responsible for driving demand and supporting the pipeline and growth engine for our go-to-market team. This is an exciting time to join the team as we work to build out the growth function. The position reports to the Director of Demand Generation and is a remote position that can be based anywhere in the US. 

What You Will Do:

  • The resource for day-to-day operations with a deep understanding of the entire demand generation program ecosystem
  • Own execution of demand generation programs
    • Responsible for program documentation, campaign execution, monitoring, and setup via Hubspot, Salesforce, and UTM tracking
    • Responsible for coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders for copy and design
    • Responsible for owning the performance metrics of their demand generation programs
    • Begin to proactively flag opportunities to optimize programs to grow MQLs, pipeline, and bookings for Enterprise
  • Project management and execution of demand and ABM campaigns that target our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and align to specific goals and KPIs
  • Execute pipeline acceleration strategies for middle of the funnel and bottom of the funnel opportunities by leveraging campaign data, segmentation, reporting, and learnings from A/B tests and experiments
  • Report on program performance and ideate ways to amplify programs to drive growth
  • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team (SEO, SEM, Social & Paid Media) to execute top of funnel lead acquisition strategies
  • Collaborate with Sales and SDR leadership on programs and campaigns, ensuring all leads are being followed up effectively and efficiently

What You Bring to the Table: 

  • 5 - 7 years of experience in B2B demand generation
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation software (preferably Salesforce and Hubspot)
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
  • Multiple examples of successful campaigns that delivered pipeline and bookings
  • Experience working successfully with Sales and SDR teams
  • Account-based marketing experience
  • The ability to collaborate and manage programs across cross-functional teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • A collaborative and team player attitude

  • Competitive and fair compensation: We believe in fair pay--equal pay for equal work. For each title, we consistently apply competitive salary bands based on market data and benchmarks which are reviewed twice a year. What you’ve been paid before, fear of conflict, or willingness to negotiate does not play a part in determining your pay.
    • The annual base salary range for this position is $92,000 - $103,000. Placement within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: knowledge, skills, years & depth of experience, and equity with internal team members. Total compensation for this position includes equity.
