Are you passionate about customer service and love assisting people every day? If so, you could be the perfect fit for our Bell Captain role! We’re looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic individual to be the welcoming face for our resort guests. In this role, you'll greet guests as they arrive, assist with luggage, answer inquiries, and ensure a positive experience for everyone you interact with.
This is a seasonal position. Employment dates begin as soon as 11/24/24 and work through end of season on or around 4/26/25. As a part-time, seasonal position, exact schedule and hours are varied based on the needs of the business and may fluctuate from one week to the next.
Compensation
- $22 / hour. Actual pay will vary based on a candidate's skill, experience, education and/or location.

What you’ll do
- Greet all guests in a friendly and caring manner.
- Open doors to guests entering/exiting the lobby area.
- Assist guests with luggage to and from their unit.
- Assist guests with questions about the Resort/Local area.
- Show rooms to potential guests.
- Deliver guest items to units (toiletries/towels/etc).
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Maintain good communication with guests and all departments.
- Responsible for inventory/upkeep of guest luggage carts.
- Other tasks as needed - because every day looks different in hospitality!
The skills you’ll need
- Professional in all forms of communications such as email, phone calls, video calls and texts
- Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions
- Highly responsive and reliable
- Strong attention to detail
- Prior housekeeping experience a plus
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Work environment and physical demands
- Availability to work Sunday through Saturday, early mornings and evenings as needed
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period of time
- Reach overhead and below the waist
- Regularly push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist
