We are looking for a Senior Tax Associate to join our Tax team. You will report to the Senior Tax Manager and will assist with a variety of tax matters, including but not limited to the preparation and review of the quarterly and annual income tax provisions as well as the preparation or review of corporate tax returns, property tax returns, business licenses, and related work papers. As a Senior Tax Associate, you are someone who loves challenging opportunities and thrives in a dynamic environment with strict deadlines.

What You Will Do:
Demonstrate understanding of ASC 740 and ability to prepare book to tax adjustments, tax calculations, memos and disclosures
Supporting the federal and state income tax return process by performing supporting tax calculations and gathering relevant data
Calculating and preparing quarterly estimated tax payments and vouchers for both federal and states
Participate in month-end close process by preparing relevant tax journal entries and tax accounts reconciliations
Conduct federal and state tax research and draft tax technical memorandums to support tax return filing positions and special projects as required
Proactively identifying and implementing process improvements that promote efficiency and accuracy
What We Look For:
2-4 years of progressive corporate tax experience in public accounting
Working knowledge of tax accounting principles in a public company setting
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar
CPA license preferred
Advanced Excel skills is required
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, allowing you to adapt and formulate solutions quickly
Skilled communicator with great interpersonal skills and, ability to build and manage relationships
Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized
Ability to multi-task and handle several deadlines simultaneously
Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
