What you'll be doing

Design, implement, and manage Okta-based identity solutions, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems and applications.
Lead the evaluation, testing, and deployment of new identity management technologies and upgrades.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their identity and access needs, providing expert guidance and customized solutions.

What we're looking for

Expertise in implementing and managing SSO, MFA, and identity governance across a complex organizational structure.
Basic understanding of network and web-related protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, UDP, IPSEC, HTTP, HTTPS, routing protocols)
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You might also have

Relevant certifications such as Okta Certified Professional, Administrator, or Consultant.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their respective identity management services.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards like GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, etc.
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation of IAM tasks
