Townsquare Media Danbury Internships
PROGRAM OBJECTIVE: Our internship program is designed as an educational program to provide our interns with the opportunity to learn about the radio broadcasting & digital media industry while gaining work experience. Participants in this program will receive hands on experience in the entertainment industry. Interns will build skills and make connections that will give them a great foundation for a career in the media industry.
QUALIFICATIONS: This is an unpaid internship and all interns must be college students and receive college credits for their internship. Interns must be at least 18 years of age and have a reliable source of transportation.
OPPORTUNITIES: Internships are available year-round. Internships usually vary from 10-20 hours per week. Specific days and times will be agreed upon in advance.
DIGITAL DEPARTMENT: Interns will learn how to create content for various social media platforms and website pages. Interns will additionally get to be involved in posting blogs, taking pictures and recording video for station websites, engage in audience development, and much more!
