This is a great On-site Supervisor opportunity for you to make a big impact on individuals' lives. This full-time temp-to-hire role offers a challenge every day - there's a big team & lots of chances for you to train, develop & coach employees to their best possible performance. 
 
FIGS designs innovative, stylish, and comfortable scrubs and medical apparel for healthcare professionals, combining functionality with modern aesthetics. The company focuses on quality, sustainability, and empowering its community by providing premium workwear that enhances performance and confidence in everyday healthcare settings.

 

 You will:

  • Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Support and oversee the performance and well-being of employee on-site.
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise, efficiently and effectively.
  • Perform talent interviews
  • Conduct new employee orientations and on-boarding

You have:

  • 1+ years of supervisory (lead) experience in a fast paced production or warehouse environment
  • Fluency in English & Spanish
  • MS Office proficiency 
  • Reliable transportation to visit client sites on a regular basis  

Schedule: Monday- Friday 10:00am - 7:00pm 

Pay: $24.00-$28.00/hour 

Location: Goodyear,  AZ
