Are you ready to take your leadership skills in an exciting new direction and foster a supportive, driven work environment? We're hiring an Onsite Supervisor for our Las Vegas team.

About the Role: As an Onsite Supervisor, you will work directly at the client site. This unique position involves overseeing a team of candidates and collaborating closely with our local branch to ensure both client and candidate satisfaction. Your strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills will be key to your success.

Previous experience in a team lead or similar role will help you be successful, as this role does include a lot of communication, including having difficult conversations and being able to deliver tough news with kindness and empathy.

Prior recruiting experience is not required. You will receive comprehensive training to ensure you are set up for success.  

 Onsite Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensuring Candidate Satisfaction: Support and oversee the performance and well-being of candidates on-site.
  • Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise efficiently and effectively.
  • Recruiting: Perform talent interviews
  • Employee training: New employee orientations and on-boarding

Onsite Supervisor Qualifications  

  • 1+ years of supervisory (lead) experience in a customer service or sales setting – Perfect for someone with a retail or food service background - or high volume environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication  

  • MS Office proficiency  

  • Must have reliable transportation to visit client sites on a regular basis  

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:00pm (flexibility to work 8am-5pm) 

Pay:

  • $24-28/hr – depending on experience
