Summary
Mobility is a suite of products enabling worldwide roaming connectivity. It supports mobile operators in establishing and managing roaming agreements across multiple technological layers. With over 400 operator relationships, the business generates extensive commercial and technical data that must be aggregated, analysed, and acted upon.
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to strengthen our operational capabilities. This role is pivotal in monitoring performance, supporting financial processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the Mobility business.
Responsibilities
- Analyse Mobility business operations to monitor performance and identify trends.
- Develop and maintain monthly dashboards covering wholesale revenue, costs, suppliers, customers, and regional performance.
- Monitor daily traffic variations of key Mobility customers and trigger appropriate actions.
- Collect and prepare data for dispute resolution and management.
- Create and manage accrual files to support financial billing for non-automated processes (mainly roaming).
- Maintain and enrich the network coverage database (e.g., barring lists).
- Support budget creation and updates based on real traffic patterns, including forecasting and recommendations.
- Create and update pricing templates to reflect new services, costs, technologies, and evolutions.
- Collaborate with development teams to automate operational processes and reporting.
- Build Excel-based pricing tools when automation is not available.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years in a support function within Marketing, Sales, or Finance.
- Advanced Excel skills (including macros development).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to simplify complex datasets.
- Structured thinking and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with large volumes of data.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Fluent in English.
- Strong planning and prioritization abilities.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, with a “can-do” attitude and initiative to recommend improvements, resilient in the face of challenges.
