We are seeking a Junior Legal Specialist for the Masiv team to join our growing team. This position is highly operational and requires someone detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. The Junior Legal Specialist will primarily provide support in reviewing and managing contracts, responding to regulatory requests, and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements. This is a client-facing role that requires strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and manage a high volume of contracts across different industries (corporate, SMEs, BPOs, retail, prepaid and postpaid clients).
- Provide first-line support in preparing responses to user complaints, petitions, and regulatory requests from the CRC, SIC, and other entities.
- Assist in handling rights of petition and tutelas per week, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Support in preparing legal documentation such as board minutes, shareholder agreements, and other corporate records.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including commercial and compliance, to ensure proper execution of legal processes.
- Participate in client meetings with a focus on high-quality service and operational efficiency.
Essential Requirements:
- Law degree with 1–2 years of experience, ideally in TELCO, technology, or corporate legal environments.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and ability to review and support negotiation processes.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, petitions, and tutelas in Colombia.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (oral and written).
- Strong team player with a proactive and service-oriented attitude.
