Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager II to join our dedicated team at Telesign. As a Product Manager II, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and execution of our product roadmap, leveraging your expertise to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to define product vision, strategy, and objectives aligned with market trends, customer needs, and business goals. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.
Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives and features based on strategic importance, customer feedback, and business impact. Define clear goals, milestones, and success metrics to guide product development and execution.
Cross-functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams comprising engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to drive alignment and execution of the product roadmap. Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture focused on delivering high-quality solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Product Development: Drive the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of innovative and scalable solutions. Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on customer insights and market requirements. Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize and execute feature development, leveraging agile methodologies.
Customer Engagement: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for solutions that address customer pain points and deliver value. Engage with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and validate product concepts. Partner with sales and customer success teams to drive product adoption and satisfaction.
Product Performance: Monitor and analyze key product performance metrics, including usage, adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction. Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to enhance product effectiveness and drive business growth. Develop and execute strategies to address product gaps and optimize performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
3+ years of experience in product management roles, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
Deep understanding of communication technologies, security solutions, and digital platforms.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate market insights and customer feedback into actionable product plans.
Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) preferred.

Privacy Notice

Route Connect (hereinafter, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to protecting your personal data. To this extent, we will only process your Personal Information (as defined below) as described in this privacy notice (“Notice”) and in accordance with applicable laws.

This Notice describes how we collect, store, use, disclose, and otherwise process your Personal Information. It also describes the rights available to you regarding our processing of your Personal Information.

This Notice is for candidates who have applied for a position at Route Connect or have been identified through a selection process or talent search for a current or future vacancy (“you” or “your”). This Notice aims at informing you about our use of your Personal Information for the purposes of recruitment. Please note that Route Connect will be hiring candidates for the purpose of providing services to its affiliates, including Telesign Corporation.

Route Connect is the Data Controller with respect to your Personal Information, as it is responsible for deciding the means and purpose of processing Personal Information about you.

Definitions: For the purposes of this Notice, the following defined terms shall apply –

“Personal Information” means any information relating to potential and prospective employees, with, either directly or indirectly, in combination with other information available or likely to be available with Route Connect, is capable of identifying such potential and prospective employees, and includes SPDI (as defined below) of the potential and prospective employees. Personal Information includes information such as name, phone number, email address, etc.

“Sensitive Personal Data or Information” (“SPDI”) means such personal information relating to passwords, financial information such as Bank account or credit card or other payment instrument details, physical, mental or physiological health condition, sexual orientation, medical records and history, biometric information, etc.

“Third Party” refers to any person or entity other than you or Route Connect.

Personal Information We Collect: We mainly collect Personal Information directly from you. However, we can also collect such Personal Information from your referees in case you proactively provided their contact details (e.g., your previous employer) or via social networks such as LinkedIn.

We may collect and process Personal Information including your contact details (your name, postal address, email address, phone number, etc.); and your professional information (job title, education, employment history, qualifications, skills, and (where appropriate) references).

We only intend to process regular Personal Information about you. However, in some specific situations, we may process SPDI you provide directly to us (e.g., health-related data for eventual accommodations. We may also process Personal Information such as, nationality with regards work permits, which may be considered as sensitive in some jurisdictions.

The provision of this Personal Information, including SPDI, is a prerequisite for the conclusion of your employment contract. Failure to provide this information will make it impossible for you to participate in the recruitment process.

Purpose of Processing: We collect your Personal Information when provided by you for recruitment purposes which include the following processing activities: pre-selecting candidates, assessing your qualifications, skills, and suitability for employment, as well as contacting you regarding job opportunities. Please also refer to the section on sharing of your Personal Information as we may process your Personal Information in conjunction with a Third Party to complete the recruitment process.

Please note that if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy or liquidation where Route Connect’s business will not continue as a going concern, receivership, sale of Route Connect’s assets, or transition of its services to another entity, then your Personal Information may be transferred as part of such a transaction as permitted by applicable laws and/or contract. The use of your Personal Information following any of these events will be governed by the policies in effect at the time the applicable Personal Information was collected.

Legal Basis for Processing: By providing us with your Personal Information, you consent to us collecting, receiving, storing, possessing, dealing with, sharing and/or handling your Personal Information in accordance with the terms of this Notice. Accordingly, you are required to read and understand this Notice, along with such other policies of Route Connect as may be applicable to you, before submitting any Personal Information. Please note that your relationship with Route Connect is conditional upon your consenting to this Notice. Additionally, and subject to applicable law, the processing may benecessary for the execution of pre-contractual measures and the (potential) establishment of the contractual relationship between you and Route Connect for a specific role.

Storage and Retention of Your Personal Information: We will retain your Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including any legal or regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, comply with applicable law requirements and enforce our legal agreements and policies. In case of successful recruitment, your Personal Information will be further retained by us and certain Third Parties to whom Route Connect provides services to. In case of unsuccessful recruitment, your Personal Information may be retained for a period of 2 years from the date the application is rejected, subject to applicable law.

Sharing of Personal Data: Your Personal Information may be transferred, disclosed, or shared: (i) with individuals involved in the recruitment process at Route Connect or its affiliates; (ii) our affiliates or Third Parties who avail of our services, for one or more of the purposes set forth in this Policy; (iii) government agencies upon directions of such agency; (iv) to any Third Party providing services to us; or (v) to Third Parties, as may be required under applicable laws.

In case of any Personal Information so transferred, shared, disclosed or parted with, we will seek to, on a commercially reasonable basis, ensure that the receiving Third Party processes such information in accordance with applicable laws. Please note that by consenting to this Notice, you agree to, and permit, the sharing of your Personal Information with such Third Parties for the purposes listed in this Notice.

Your Rights: You have the following rights in connection with your personal data, as per applicable law:

Access. This enables you to receive a copy of the Personal Information we hold about you.
Rectification. This enables you to rectify any incomplete or inaccurate Personal Information about you. Please note that while you have the right to ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete Personal Information of yours, you are responsible for keeping your Personal Information up to date by keeping us informed.
Erasure. This enables you to ask us to delete or remove your Personal Information if you no longer wish to have a relationship with Route Connect or be associated with us . All such requests for erasure of your Personal Information do not guarantee an immediate erasure of your Personal Information, and all such requests will be acted upon in accordance with applicable laws.
Restriction. Where you have provided your consent to the collection and processing of your Personal Information by the Company, you may withdraw your consent by sending a communication to us, specifying in detail the consent you are withdrawing. Please note that the withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing activities based on such consent prior to the withdrawal.
Data portability. This enables you to ask us for the transmission of your data to another party.
